Dear Mike, Pat and Family,
Please accept our sincere condolences on Bud's passing.  No matter when or how, it is always a change.
Shannon and I were blessed with Bud and Lila's hospitality and welcome when we attended Church in Cascade.  They were the best ambassadors for that church!

My family when I was a child knew Bud and Lila very well. This was in Caldwell on Everett St. I think I may have baby sat for one of you.  I remember your Dad very well-he was the best guy.  I am 74 now so many years have passed, but I wanted to say how much I (and my Mother and Dad) liked him. They did socialize with your Dad and Mom. I hope you read this. My Dad and Mom were Jerry and Maxine Miller. My Dad died in 1953 and I know your family were a comfort. Sincerely, Kathy (Miller) Bell

The Roach family has my sympathy for your loss. I worked with Bud for 20 years at Armour and we visited every year at the Armour picnic with Bud and Lila a yearly event that they always attended. We heard many stores involving his fishing and hunting trips with family. Life is about memories and your parents had many. I remember that the list time i talked to Lila she was excited about the litter of foxes in culvert at the end of their driveway. Bud's last story was about a hunting trip with Tom and the joy that it brought him.
