Karl Lawrence Henry, 23-years-old, of New Meadows, Idaho, passed away on September 21, 2019. A gathering to celebrate Karl’s life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Northfork Lodge, 200 Scott St., McCall, Idaho from 12-4 p.m.
Karl was born in Nampa, Idaho on March 31, 1996. He graduated from Homedale High School in 2014. Karl worked various agricultural, mechanic and welding jobs until he moved up to New Meadows. He found his dream job working for Danny’s Welding in McCall where he felt he had another family. Karl loved being with his friends, meeting new friends, and going on crazy adventures with them. Karl was known as sweet, kind, loving, funny and always wanted to make people feel special. Karl loved fishing, hunting, trucks and OBS 7.3 Ford Diesels. Karl was a fantastic snowmobile and motorcycle rider starting at the age of 4.
He is survived by his parents, John and Maleta Henry, sister Jessica Henry and fiancé Hunter Rachunok, grandparents Karl and Judy Henry and Lawrence and Ann Meredith, Aunt and Uncles Rick Bouvia, Shane and Mary Meredith, Eric Henry and closest cousins Andrew Henry, Adam Meredith, Julie Meredith, Caleb Henry, Cassidy Henry and Emily Meredith.
He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Tina and Rich Coller, John and Fern Henry, and grandma Cleta Meredith.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to COSSA Welding, 109 Penny Lane, Wilder, Idaho 83676 All donations will be provided to students in the welding program.
