Nancy Jule (Alvin) Grove

Nancy Jule Grove passed away peacefully on April 11, 2019
in McCall, Idaho.

Nancy was born Nancy Jule Alvin to loving parents, Muriel
and Carl Alvin, in Stillwater, Minnesota on October 23,1926.
After leaving Minnesota she moved to California and became
a Registered Nurse at Queen of Angels Hospital in
Hollywood, California.

She married her loving husband, John Grove, on February 14,
1948. John and Nancy raised 3- boys in California.  In 1978 John and Nancy fell in love with McCall upon
retirement and moved to McCall full time in 1993.  They have enjoyed their family and new life in McCall
surrounded by smiles from their children, grandchildren, and
great grandchildren.

Nancy enjoyed her retirement volunteering countless hours to
help the community of McCall. She was a member of PEO,
St.Luke’s Hospital Auxiliary, and the Congregational Church
of McCall. Nancy enjoyed celebrating holidays in McCall
surrounded by family and friends.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband John Grove, for 71
years.  Her sister, Mary and husband Ted Blanke. Sons: Kevin and wife Julie Grove, John Jr. and wife Robyn Grove, Tim and wife Shea Grove; Grandchildren: Tamara Grove Suppes and husband Chris Suppes, John Grove III and wife Denise Jensen, Lacy Grove Howell and husband Joey Howell, Cody Grove, Ashley Grove Olson and husband Wade Olson, Gerit Grove; Great-Grandchildren: Ali Suppes, Casi Suppes, Cole Olson, Lila Olson, Drew Olson, Kian Foye-Howell, Colin Foye-Howell, Blakey Howell, Hadley Howell, DJ.Brett and wife Mead, Nathan Grove, Gavin Grove and Cheyanne Grove.

Please join our family in A Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the McCall Congregational Church.
