Ashley Delane (Martin) Robinson

On Friday, May 15, 2020, Ashley D. Robinson, loving wife and mother, passed away at age 44 in McCall, Idaho.

Ashley, born in Birmingham, Alabama, is the daughter of Martha D. Martin and Wanda Walton. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Auburn University; and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston. In 2006, she married Jeffrey (Jeff) R. Robinson. They were blessed with a son, Grant, and a beautiful daughter, Aubrey.

Ashley was well known in her community, working as a counselor at the local hospital, and later, in her own private practice.

In addition to her family, Ashley had a passion for animals, gardening, nature and outdoor activities, Auburn University football, and helping others. She was known for her quick wit, infectious smile, and her kind and compassionate spirit.

Ashley was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hoyt and Grace Duke of Midfield, Alabama. She is survived by her husband Jeff; her two children, Grant and Aubrey; her parents, Martha and Wanda; her sister, Jamie Martin; brother, Jacob Martin (Teri); her aunt, Laura D. Grill (Pat); uncles, Don Duke (Patti) and Wayne Duke; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A private funeral service for family was held at the Finnish Cemetery, outside of McCall.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to McPaws Regional Animal Shelter in McCall, Idaho in Ashley’s memory.

A celebration of Ashley’s life will be held for friends and family at a later date.
