Delphi Erlea Aspiazu

Delphi Erlea Aspiazu “Baby Bumblebee” flew away to her forever home in the presence of her loving parents, Justin and Angel Aspiazu, and close family members on April 10, 2021. 

Born on March 05, 2021, at 31 weeks, she weighed 4lbs and 1 oz and was 17.5 inches long.  Delphi loved listening to music with her parents, touching her daddy’s beard, feeling her mommy’s kisses on her cheek, and being held in their loving embrace.  

Though her life was short at 36 days, Delphi buzzed with adventure.  She was dedicated back to God at her Baptism, and she had a wonderful “BIRTH”-day party surrounded by donuts and immediate family members.  One of her most enjoyed moments was being able to go outside.  One incident was especially memorable when she was able to smell the scent of flowers and see a bee buzzing around to say hello to her. 

Delphi is deeply loved by her mommy and daddy and all her family and friends.  She will be greatly missed but is greeted in Heaven by her Great Grandpa Fred Aspiazu, Great Grandpa Andy Fernandez, as well as many more loved ones.  Delphi leaves behind many that love and adore her including, her parents Justin and Angel Aspiazu, Grandparents Tony and Joanne Aspiazu, Grandparents Jason and Lisa Apel, Great Grandma Mary Fernandez, Great Grandma Lela Aspiazu, Great Grandma Anita Aspiazu, Aunt Sylvia Aspiazu, Auntie Stacie Aspiazu and many more aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

A funeral service will take place at McCall Funeral Home at 1pm on April 24, 2021. Graveside service will follow at the New Meadows Cemetery with a reception following at Justin and Angel’s home: 403 Wiley Street, New Meadows, ID. All family and friends are invited and encouraged to attend.

The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and doctors at McCall St. Luke's and the NICU at Boise St. Al’s for their dedication, commitment, and care of our little baby bumblebee.
